So delicious and chewy! I adapted them from my traditional chocolate chip cookie recipe.Vegan Chocolate Chip CookiesVegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Here’s the recipe:

- 3/4 c. Earth Balance

- 3/4 c. brown sugar

- 1/2 c. raw cane sugar

- 1/4 c. applesauce

- 3/4 tsp. vanilla

- 2 c. flour

- 3/4 tsp. baking soda

- 1/2 tsp. salt

- 2 c. vegan chocolate chips

Cream Earth Balance and sugars. Add applesauce and vanilla and blend until smooth. Separately mix dry ingredients and add to wet mixture. One incorporated, add chocolate chips.

Bake at 370 for 9-11 minutes. And enjoy for as long as you can keep them in your house.Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

    1. Thank you! So when I put them in I just scoop them onto the cookie sheet in balls. After they cook for about 7 minutes I take them out and whack the cookie sheet on the stove to get them to flatten a bit, then put them back in the oven for 2-3 minutes (only because I like thin chewy cookies!). Also the Earth Balance melts a little easier than butter so the vegan cookies are usually a little flatter. Hope this helps!

  2. I use this recipe all the time! I found it on pinterest and am so happy I did! Most of the time I don't even bake the cookies. I just end up eating the dough since it doesn't have eggs! haha thanks for sharing =D
