Cranberry Apple Salad
Ingredients: lettuce, spinach, dried cranberries, apples, roasted chicken (salt, pepper, olive oil), maple glazed almonds (maple syrup, butter, almonds), and poppyseed dressing. With a good drink and book, it is a nice lunch when the husband is out for meetings....
