I found this recipe on Pinterest and it looked like a basic cinnamon muffin recipe. I thought they might be a little bland so I made a streusel to go in the center, and it definitely made all the difference.

I layered the streusel in the batter when filling the cups and it oozed out the middle and tops of the muffins when cooking. Then I topped it with a simple cinnamon glaze made of powdered sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and milk.
The streusel was a mixture of brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter cut in. I dropped the streusel in about 2/3 of the way through the batter.
